I never realized I had so much to say

I can truly say that I enjoy writing.  Since I was a child, writing was always my most comfortable means of communication. I often write and allow my thoughts to take my writing in any direction that feels natural.  However, that level of comfort that I have when I write is now proving to be a challenge.  I am working to reel myself in and to keep my thoughts in a singular direction when I write.  Even when I find various sources to support my topic, I am finding that there it is possible to have too much information.  My “go to” learning preference of confluence is always searching for more information.  The more information I have about a topic the more engaged I get in absorbing the new information. Reigning in the desire to find more and more information to support my writings is crucial. Gather additional information is actually leading me to stray from the path my writing should stay own. If I plan to keep my reader engaged and allow for a deeper understanding of what I am sharing it is best to be  succinct. Using the road map is helpful but my charge is to actually stay on the map and not to veer of the road to go down a different lane.  I really never realized that I had so much to say.
